Gajar Ka Halwa
2 cups grated carrot  
1/4 cup milk powder  
5 tbsp sugar  
1/4 tsp cardamom (elaichi) powder  
1 tbsp melted ghee  
For the garnish
1 tbsp sliced pistachios and cashewnuts (kaju)

1 edible silver leaf (vark)

In a Bake and cake, combine the ghee and grated carrots. Let the microwave on HIGH for 4 minutes.

Add the milk powder, sugar, cardamom powder and mix well. Let the microwave on for few min.

Serve hot, garnished with the sliced pistachios, cashewnuts and varq.
